Residential district in Erlangen relies on KEUCO equipment with a strong design
A very special neighbourhood is being created in the heart of the university city of Erlangen: With “Brucklyn”, a building complex is being built to provide a home for young people, students and founders. It has fully equipped premium apartments, catering and retail spaces as well as a business and start-up centre covering a total of 20,800 m². The Jost Group aimed for the idea of living, working and living in the same neighbourhood in this project. Successfully: The 303 units offer stylish designs, technical amenities and high-quality equipment, while Brucklyn offers short distances, with the gym, sauna and cinema under the same roof.
The interior equipment offers luxury and comfort in the smallest of spaces: Bedrooms, working rooms, kitchens and bathrooms were skilfully arranged in the apartments. A multi-functional and customised interior that leaves nothing to be desired. The exclusive bathrooms, featuring high-quality materials and finishes, impress with clever details such as niches for storage, precisely tailored vanity and storage space combinations, and minimalist fittings from KEUCO. The IXMO_solo shower fitting fits perfectly into the concept: Maximum function is hidden behind reduced design. The fitting uniquely combines a single lever mixer and wall outlet for shower hoses in a single module. This saves space and impresses the residents with its extremely easy handling.
Quality is also particularly important at the washbay with chrome-plated KEUCO PLAN BLUE fittings, and another aspect was decisive for the product selection: With an average flow rate of only 6 l/min, water consumption can be reduced. The laser engraving of the Brucklyn logo gives KEUCO fittings in the shower and at the washbasin a special touch. Attention to detail down to every corner.
The consistently stylish and high-quality equipment with KEUCO accessories continues at the toilet. The PLAN toilet paper holder and toilet brush set have a strong design and are easy to maintain. The lotion dispenser on the washbasin and the hooks for towels or bathrobes round off the look in the bathroom.
