Developing durable solutions for bathrooms and using resources responsibly is part of KEUCO’s corporate philosophy – both in the development of our products and in their manufacture. The aim is to develop and produce products that can be used for many years.
We consider economic, ecological and social aspects equally. Our aim is to shape the long-term development of our company while implementing concrete measures for the conscious use of resources. We intend to continue on this path consistently in the future.

RESPONSIBILITY
Taking responsibility – and that in all areas that are important for the high-quality production of the products. A responsible approach to resources and the continuous development of processes are part of KEUCO’s commitment.
Manufacturing is about using energy as efficiently as possible.
This is supported, among other things, by the use of its own combined heat and power plant and the use of energy from photovoltaic systems.
In manufacturing and building technology, the long-term focus is on energy-efficient systems as well as the insert of energy from renewable sources.
KEUCO is committed to specifically considering and, where possible, reducing the use of materials in the development and manufacture of its products.
KEUCO purchases the majority of its deliveries of materials and semi-finished products from Germany, or directly from the region in the fittings segment. Numerous circulating trays are used, so that transport packaging can be completely avoided in many places.
Another aspect of material management is very good waste prevention in production as well as strict quality checks at all stages of the value chain.
A conscious approach to resource management is part of the corporate culture and is integrated into the development and manufacture of the products.
These are always developed with the aim of combining functionality, design, and a needs-based use of materials.
For optimal results, a mix of high-tech production and elaborate handwork is used in production. Even the smallest particles, for example, created during the grinding process of fittings and accessories, are collected and recycled and returned to the production cycle.
In the development of KEUCO products, durability, material efficiency, and a conscious use of resources are the focus.
KEUCO offers, among other things, fittings with limited flow rates that can help reduce water consumption. Using hot water can also reduce the energy demand for hot water preparation.
Durable products designed for long-term use are also part of the range. If a product should ever need to be repaired after many years, our spare parts service supports maintenance.
In addition, the range includes solutions tailored to different needs and life situations, enabling comfortable use for people of all ages.
KEUCO products are subject to high quality standards and are produced in accordance with the specifications in compliance with the strictest quality assurance measures and controls “made in Germany”.
The timeless aesthetic design and high quality also ensure that KEUCO products are still up-to-date tomorrow. KEUCO offers comprehensive spare parts management for this purpose.
The KEUCO manufacturer’s warranty starts two years and ends five years after the purchase of the product (warranty period).

Broaden your view. KEUCO also engages regionally and supra-regionally in social projects - the spectrum of engagement is broad. For example, local sports clubs, cultural projects and schools are supported.
In addition, KEUCO supports public institutions and projects on the topic of water and health worldwide. In 2019, KEUCO became aware of the Kumanga initiative, which offers people in Malawi help to help themselves. At its core, it is about building wells in areas where there is a lack of fresh drinking water.
DNK SEAL
KEUCO’s sustainability report has been recognised by the Council for Sustainable Development (RNE) and is now officially listed in the German Sustainability Code (DNK). This means that KEUCO meets the strict transparency standards of the DNK and has received the official DNK seal for this.
KEUCO publishes information about its sustainability activities within the framework of the German Sustainability Code (DNK). The published DNK declaration is based on the 20 criteria of the German Sustainability Code and serves to transparently present corporate measures, goals, and developments. The DNK user seal confirms compliance with the formal reporting requirements. This does not constitute a certification or assessment of the company’s sustainability performance.
